We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to join a leading client engagement supporting global HR transformation initiatives. If you have strong expertise in SuccessFactors Compensation, consulting experience, and a passion for delivering impactful HR technology solutions, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Requirements: 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

- Robust experience in implementation, configuration, and support projects
- Experience with SAP HCM & SuccessFactors integrations
- Strong techno-functional consulting and client-facing experience
- Expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Mandatory)

Preferred: Experience working with Singapore-based clients

- Exposure to multiple industry domains




- Knowledge of the broader SAP HCM & SuccessFactors ecosystem
- Presales or solutioning experience
