Must have previous qualified experience with SAP S/4HANA – 2 years of SAP S/4HANA is a must, with deep knowledge of end-to-end Order to Cash business processes including Sales Order Processing including Sales Order Creation, Pricing, Customer Master setup, Account Determination, Delivery Processing (shipping, shipment), Customer Invoicing including revenue recognition, and Integration to EWM / TM

- Candidate will be responsible for assisting on defining, designing, governing and delivering SAP centric solutions that enable and enhance OTC business processes
- Ability to lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead and speak of SAP OTC functionality as it related to business processes
- Understanding of industry specific KPI’s and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business
- Ability to speak business language and translate business requirements into technical spec.
- Provide solutions and model solutions based on client’s needs, priorities, and industry leading practices
- Understanding of integration with other business processes – between Sales and other functional areas with specific reference to production and material movement / logistics
- Ability to configure and explain features of S/4 HANA OTC
- Expert level knowledge in SAP SD modules and understanding of integration with other modules

Experience of EDI with 3 PL or cutomers is a bonus .
- Provide accurate estimates, timeline and ability to self-direct and mentor/manage teams and client.
- 4 years of SAP SD-EDI experience.
- Domain expertise in Sales and Distribution and Supply Chain Flows ,



Minimum 4 years experience in supporting Sales and Distribution for Order To Cash & Materials Management for Procure To Pay processes in SAP S/4HANA or ECC
- Experience in data exchange with customers via EDI. Knowledge of SAP modules and processes (SAP OTC, SAP ALE, iDocs) as well as an overview of the underlying business processes of EDI connections (e.g.: purchasing, sales)
- Experience in other SAP modules also preferred.

Implement SAP SD , SCM solutions in EDI based on business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain EDI maps to ensure compliance to business requirements and accuracy of transmissions to customers.
- Analyze EDI implementations and recommend improvements to processes and future expansion of EDI transactions.
- Participate in the creation of business solutions by providing system analysis, design and development support
- Provides technical and functional support in the areas of SAP ECC 6.0 or higher and SAP S4 Hana , systems administration, problem resolution, support, process mapping, system testing and development, and training.
- Create effective project documentation as defined within the IT standard operation procedures, guidelines and best practices. Prepare timely and accurate status reports on all ongoing e-commerce projects.
- Backup for the SD , SCM functions of SAP
- Responsible for collaborating with In-house team/SAP Partner on building new capability for new Trading Partners/Customers by configuring and managing EDI documents/types as per the business requirements
- Troubleshoot EDI document processing errors to resolve in a timely matter.
