Strong experience as SAP SD Consultant

Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (SAP GROW)

Deep knowledge of SAP SD modules

Experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD)

Knowledge of commercial and logistics processes

Experience supporting highly customized SAP SD environments

Understanding of AMS (Application Management Services) models

Experience in incident analysis and operational support

Knowledge of integration scenarios affecting logistics and commercial operations

Support and maintain SAP SD processes

Support Order-to-Cash operations

Support Direct Store Delivery (DSD) processes

Participate in Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities





Review business processes and identify improvement opportunities

Analyze operational incidents and provide resolution plans

Support transition and operational readiness activities

Apply AMS support model best practices

Identify critical business scenarios and dependencies

Ensure stability of SAP SD solutions

Collaborate with technical and functional teams

Resolve issues impacting commercial operations

Support SAP S/4HANA production environments

Participate in stabilization and hypercare activities

Perform incident management and root cause analysis
