Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day):

- The Project Manager will be responsible for driving program execution, governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting activities. This individual will work closely with Value Stream Leads, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of program objectives while maintaining alignment with strategic business goals.
- The ideal candidate combines traditional project management expertise with Agile/Scrum delivery experience and thrives in a highly matrixed, cross-functional setting.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Program and Project Management Methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) Azure DevOps (ADO)



Microsoft Project Microsoft Teams SharePoint Microsoft Office Suite Risk and Dependency Management Budget and Financial Management Change Management Executive Reporting and Dashboard Development Stakeholder Management Resource Planning and Capacity Management Functional Domain Experience (Highly Preferred) Candidates with experience in one or more of the following functional areas will be strongly considered:
