Role & responsibilities

- Handle procurement of materials, equipment, civil items, electrical items and services as per project/site requirements.

- Float RFQs/RFPs and obtain competitive quotations from vendors.

- Conduct techno-commercial comparison and cost analysis.

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual terms with vendors.

- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Work Orders (WO).

- Coordinate with project/site teams for material specifications and delivery schedules.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up on pending supplies.

- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget controls.

- Participate in vendor evaluation and onboarding activities.

Required Skills:

- Robust negotiation and communication skills

- Vendor management and relationship handling

- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations

- Good analytical and cost comparison skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel & SAP

- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects

- Knowledge of commercial terms and contracts
