Introduction to Role:

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for support activities as part of Application Management and for designing global IT solutions, delivering enhancements & projects as part of Application Development. You will support the business teams in process design to ensure alignment with SAP standard functionality.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Over 8 years of SAP Quality Management experience, with robust expertise in Batch Management and Sample Management.
- Extensive knowledge of QM business process configuration and integration/interface solutions between SAP and third-party systems.
- Robust cross-functional expertise with the integration of SAP QM and related business processes in Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
- Proven experience across the full project lifecycle, including business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, end-to-end configuration, testing, end-user training,



go-live support, and production support.
- Hands-on experience in data migration projects, including data analysis, cleansing, mapping, validation, and load activities.
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA technologies, system configuration, and Fiori applications.
- Experience of Pharmaceutical supply chain business activities and the required business outcomes within the relevant capability area.
- Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a validated environment.
- Strong collaborator able to work across the program team, communicate in Business & IT terms and work independently.
- Worked in a hybrid environment with a mix of internal and external resources across geographical locations.
- Good Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve Objectives.
- Good Presentation skills and the ability to convey complex concepts to cross functional audiences

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Knowledge of non-SAP technologies e.g., LIMS and QMS like GPQS
- SAP Certified in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management
- Awareness about SAP Activate, EML, Agile, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, BPML & Testing Tools
- Good knowledge on SAP PM / SAP PP will be an added advantage
- Data Migration with S/4HANA Migration Cockpit

Education Background - Engineering Graduate or Postgraduate from reputed University.
