Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module for FPSO and offshore Oil & Gas operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with maintenance, operations, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP PM solutions and ensure alignment with CMMS processes and maintenance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and support SAP PM processes based on maintenance business requirements.
- Translate maintenance workflows and operational requirements into SAP PM solutions.
- Configure and manage key SAP PM processes, including:
- Preventive maintenance planning
- Maintenance notifications
- Work orders and work order lifecycle
- Maintenance plans and task lists
- Equipment and Functional Location management
- Backlog management
- Breakdown and corrective maintenance
- Support integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules and CMMS processes.
- Work with maintenance and operations teams to identify process improvements and system requirements.
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP PM issues.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements where required.
- Support testing, UAT, system changes, and deployment activities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Monitor data quality and ensure accurate maintenance master data.




- Ensure SAP PM processes support HSE, operational, and maintenance compliance requirements applicable to offshore/FPSO operations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in SAP PM consulting/support.
- Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
- Good understanding of maintenance planning, backlog management, work orders, notifications, equipment, functional locations, task lists, and maintenance plans.
- Experience working with CMMS and maintenance management processes.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
- Experience in FPSO, offshore, Oil & Gas, or other asset-intensive industries.
- Knowledge of offshore maintenance workflows and operational requirements.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA PM is an advantage.
- Exposure to SAP integration with MM, Procurement, or other relevant modules.
- Experience in SAP PM implementation, rollout, or process improvement projects.
