Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in the SAP Materials Management (SAP-MM) Module. The candidate will be responsible for procurement-related SAP activities, vendor management, MIS reporting, and coordination with the SAP support team to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.

Major Roles & Responsibilities

- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP-MM as per approved procurement requirements.
- Create and maintain Item Codes / Material Codes in SAP.
- Coordinate with the SAP Support Team for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system-related queries.
- Generate and maintain Monthly Procurement MIS Reports, including:
- Vendor-wise analysis
- Category-wise analysis

- Spend analysis
- Procurement trends and other relevant reports
- Manage the Vendor Onboarding Process, ensuring required documentation and approvals are completed.
- Monitor and evaluate Vendor Performance based on agreed parameters such as quality, delivery, service, and compliance.
- Conduct Quarterly Open PO Reviews and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for closure, amendment, or cancellation of open POs.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of procurement-related data in SAP.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Business Teams, Vendors, and SAP Support Teams for smooth execution of procurement activities.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company procurement processes and controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to improving procurement efficiency.

Educational Qualification

- Any Graduate from a recognized university/institution.

Experience & Skills

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in SAP-MM is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM / Materials Management Module.
- Good understanding of Procurement and Purchase Order processes.
- Experience in MIS reporting, vendor management, and spend analysis.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS Excel skills will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
