We are looking for an experienced SAP IT Controls & Compliance Analyst / Senior Analyst with solid experience in SAP ITGC, SAP ITAC, SAP Security, SAP Configuration Controls and ERP Risk & Controls Assessments.

The individual will be responsible for assessing the design and operating effectiveness of security, governance and compliance controls across SAP environments and supporting ERP control and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute SAP post-implementation control assessments to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of security, governance and compliance controls.
- Perform SAP IT General Controls (ITGC) testing covering:

- Access Management

- User Provisioning and Deprovisioning

- Privileged Access Management

- Password Controls

- Change Management

- IT Operations
- Conduct SAP IT Application Controls (ITAC) testing, including:

- Automated Controls

- Workflow Controls

- Interface Controls

- Configurable Controls

- Batch Job Controls

- Key Report Testing
- Review and assess SAP configuration settings across key business processes including Finance, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, Inventory and HR.
- Validate SAP role design, authorization concepts and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
- Identify access risks and recommend remediation strategies.
- Evaluate SAP transport and change management processes, including development, testing, approval, migration and emergency change procedures.
- Coordinate walkthroughs and testing discussions with SAP Functional, Security, Basis and Business Process teams.
- Analyze SAP-generated reports, audit logs, configuration tables and security-related data to identify control deficiencies and compliance risks.
- Document testing results, control observations,



risk assessments and recommendations.
- Track remediation activities through closure and provide status reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, External Audit, Compliance, Risk Management and SAP project teams.
- Support SOX compliance, ERP control transformation initiatives and continuous monitoring programs.

- Strong experience in SAP ITGC Testing.
- Strong experience in SAP ITAC Testing.
- Experience in SAP Security Reviews.
- Experience in SAP Configuration Controls Testing.
- Experience in ERP Risk & Controls Assessments.
- Hands-on exposure to SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control.
- Strong understanding of SAP Security and Authorization concepts.
- Experience with SAP Change Management processes.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance, auditing standards and ERP control frameworks.
- Ability to evaluate automated controls, configurable controls, interfaces, workflows and business process controls within SAP environments.
- Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management and audit coordination skills.
