Key Responsibilities

Execute daily inventory and scrap transactions in SAP/Signal.

Process approved scrap transactions and ensure alignment with supporting documentation.

Support S&A; scrap backlog cleanup by processing historical, untransacted scrap activity.

Validate SKU information, Scrap IDs, quantities, and transaction records.

Support inventory reconciliation between Flex and SAP/Signal records.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with inventory cleanup.

Maintain accurate transaction records and track completed/remaining scrap IDs.

Prepare regular status updates on backlog reduction and exceptions.





Coordinate with Flex teams in El Paso and Juarez for transaction files and clarifications.

Required Qualifications

Must Have

2–3 years of experience working with SAP inventory transactions.

Experience in Inventory Control / Inventory Management.

Solid attention to detail and accuracy while handling high transaction volumes.

Comfortable working with transaction logs, spreadsheets, and inventory reports.

Nice to Have

Experience in inventory reconciliation.

Knowledge of scrap processing.

Experience in contract manufacturing / EMS environments such as Flex or similar organizations.

Familiarity with SAP Inventory modules.
