Candidates should have a basic understanding of:

- SAP Commerce Cloud Architecture
- OCC APIs
- SAP ERP / S4HANA integrations

- Payment Gateway Integrations
- Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Integrations
- Digital Marketing Platforms

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP Commerce Cloud projects.
- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with SAP Commerce developers, architects, UX, and QA teams.




- Define business processes, workflows, and system integrations.
- Support product catalog, pricing, promotions, order management, and customer experience requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Participate in solution design discussions and validate proposed solutions.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional design documents, process flows, and use cases.
- Support UAT, defect management, and production deployments.
- Assist with change management, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure SAP Commerce solutions align with digital commerce strategies.

Preferred / Valuable-to-Have Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- SAP Commerce Cloud certification.
- Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Digital Commerce domains.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Knowledge of PIM, CMS, OMS, and CRM platforms.
