Job Purpose The Manager – SAP is responsible for leading the implementation, enhancement, support, and optimization of SAP applications across the organization. This role oversees SAP projects, manages cross-functional teams, collaborates with business stakeholders, and ensures SAP solutions align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong SAP functional and technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in enterprise application management.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.
- Manage SAP functional and technical teams, including internal resources and external consultants.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of SAP systems.
- Oversee SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HCM, WM/EWM, or others as applicable.
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives using SAP technologies.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate system integrations with third-party applications.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards,



and audit requirements.
- Monitor system performance and resolve critical production issues.
- Develop and enforce SAP support processes, documentation, and best practices.
- Mentor and develop SAP team members through coaching and performance management.
- Work closely with vendors, implementation partners, and SAP support organizations.
- Stay current with SAP innovations, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, and cloud technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree
- SAP certification(s) are highly desirable.
- 10 years of experience in SAP implementation and support.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation in SAP S4 Hana and 3–5 years of experience managing SAP teams

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
