Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP Functional Consultant with deep multi-module expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management), OR SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), OR SAP LE (Logistics Execution), and robust end-to-end EDI/3PL integration frameworks. The ideal candidate will bridge business processes and system architecture, ensure flawless Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles, seamless external partner/3PL onboarding, and rigorous governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Module Configuration & Execution: Configure, test, and support end-to-end processes across SAP MM, SD, or LE modules depending on your core specialization.
- Order & Procurement Cycles: Manage core business cycles including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), material master records, purchasing, inventory management, and shipping/delivery execution.
- EDI & IDoc Governance: Handle outbound and inbound IDoc flows (e.g., DESADV, Orders, Delivery notes), monitor tRFC queues (SM58), manage partner profiles (WE20), and reprocess failed IDocs (BD87).
- 3PL Integration & Support:



Coordinate the technical onboarding of external 3PL warehouse partners, validate mapping specifications, and resolve inventory stock mismatches between SAP and external systems.
- Change Management & Compliance: Adhere to strict transport management disciplines, evaluate Change Requests (CR), perform impact analyses, and ensure audit readiness across all system modifications.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or Finance (SAP certifications in MM, SD, or LE are a strong plus).
- Experience: 10 to 16 years of hands-on functional experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments within manufacturing or global supply chain setups.

- Core Technical Skills:
- Hands-on configuration expertise in at least one core logistics module: SAP MM, SAP SD, or SAP LE.
- Solid practical knowledge of EDI frameworks, IDocs, ALE distribution models (BD64), and middleware tracking.
- Strong understanding of cross-module integration points with SAP FICO (Financials & Controlling) and PP (Production Planning).

- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, root-cause analysis (RCA) tracking, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication skills.
