- SAP FSCD – Collections & Disbursements
- Payment Processing, Invoicing & Collections
- SAP Configuration & Production Support
- Incident Troubleshooting & Resolution
- Basic SAP Integration Knowledge
- Robust MS Excel skills

Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level support for SAP FSCD issues
- Troubleshoot payment, invoicing and collection-related incidents
- Support minor configuration changes and enhancements
- Work closely with business and technical teams
- Document and track issues through ticketing systems
