Role Description DDAI Tech is looking for an SAP FSRI-XDI Support Analyst with experience in SAP Insurance and data interchange processes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for SAP XDI application issues
- Process and troubleshoot ACORD-based bureau and broker messages
- Monitor XDI processing and resolve data interchange issues
- Support FSRI reinsurance contracts, claims and accounting processes
- Support integration between FSRI and XDI
• Collaborate with onshore teams with 2–3 hours overlap with U.S. teams
