SAP FICO / FSCM – Functional Consultant

GyanSys is looking for SAP FICO / FSCM professionals to join our growing SAP practice. We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of SAP Finance and/or FSCM processes and hands-on experience working on SAP projects.

The ideal candidate should have good functional knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO and/or SAP FSCM
- Hands-on experience working on SAP projects
- Positive understanding of SAP Finance processes and business requirements
- Experience in one or more areas of:
- FI – Financial Accounting
- CO – Controlling
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Asset Accounting
- Bank Accounting
- Credit Management
- Collections Management
- Dispute Management
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage
- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions
- Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules




- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills

Key Responsibilities

- Work on SAP FICO/FSCM-related projects and requirements
- Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions
- Support configuration, testing, issue resolution, and enhancements as required
- Work closely with technical and cross-functional teams
- Participate in requirement discussions, documentation, testing, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions
- Support continuous improvements and enhancements across SAP Finance processes

What We’re Looking For

- 2–10 years of relevant SAP experience
- Strong functional knowledge of FICO and/or FSCM
- Hands-on exposure to working on SAP projects
- Candidates with experience in any relevant FICO/FSCM area are encouraged to apply
- Implementation experience is not mandatory
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
