Position Overview

We are looking for a senior SAP EWM Functional Tester / QA Specialist with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in validating end-to-end warehouse management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for creating test strategy documents, writing comprehensive functional test scripts, executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and verifying SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes within S/4HANA and decentralized environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Functional Test Design & Execution: Design, review, and execute detailed test cases and test scripts for end-to-end SAP EWM processes (Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse movements, and Physical Inventory).
- Core EWM Validation: Verify functional workflows across Warehouse Structures, Storage Types/Bins, Activity Areas, Putaway/Picking strategies, Replenishment, and Warehouse Monitor views.
- RF Framework & Hardware Testing: Conduct functional and integration testing for RF Framework transactions, handheld device screens, barcode scanners, and automated warehouse interfaces.
- UAT & Integration Support: Facilitate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and Regression Testing with business users, functional consultants,



and cross-functional teams (SAP SD, MM, PP).
- Defect & Specs Management: Review Functional Specifications (FS) to build traceability matrices, log/track defects in testing tools (e.g., Jira, Micro Focus ALM, SolMan), and re-test defect resolutions with development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in SAP EWM software quality assurance, functional testing, or business analysis.
- Core Testing & Functional Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of SAP EWM core processes: Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Warehouse Tasks/Orders, POSC/LOSC, and Wave Management.
- Proven track record in preparing Test Scripts, executing SIT/UAT, and writing test closure reports.
- S/4HANA Experience: Hands-on exposure to S/4HANA (Embedded or Decentralized EWM) testing environments.
- Tools: Proficiency in test management platforms (ALM/Quality Center, Jira, Azure DevOps, or SAP Solution Manager).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with automated testing tools for SAP (e.g., Worksoft Certify, Tosca, or SAP CBTA).
- ISTQB certification or SAP EWM functional certification.
