We are seeking a skilled SAP EDI Specialist with deep expertise in IBM Sterling Integrator and strong hands-on proficiency in SAP transaction codes to join our team at Solenis GSS India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting critical B2B integration processes, bridging our SAP environment with external partners, vendors, and customers in a dynamic 24x7 operational model.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Implementation: Develop robust EDI maps, business processes, and service configurations within IBM Sterling Integrator to support various B2B transactions (e.g., ANSI ASC X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON).
- SAP Integration & T-Codes: Integrate Sterling Integrator with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) utilizing IDoc configurations, RFCs, ALE, and Proxies. Use standard SAP transaction codes daily for monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Partner Onboarding: Manage full life-cycle onboarding of new trading partners, including communication setup (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS), mapping development, testing, and go-live support.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor daily B2B and EDI transmissions across rotational shifts, debug inbound/outbound IDoc failures, resolve mapping errors, and ensure high system availability and SLA compliance.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with functional SAP teams, business analysts, and external trading partners to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough technical documentation, including data mapping specifications, trading partner profiles,



and operational runbooks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in EDI development, B2B integration, and SAP technical integration.
- Work Mode & Schedule: Flexibility to work in a Hybrid setup out of our Hyderabad office and support 24x7 rotational shifts.
- Core Tools: Extensive experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (Map Editor, Business Process Modeling, Sterling File Gateway).
- SAP Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of SAP SD, MM, or FI/CO modules, with proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting IDocs, ALE, and RFCs.
- SAP Transaction Codes Expertise: Hands-on experience navigating and utilizing essential SAP T-Codes for EDI/IDoc administration, including:
- Monitoring & Processing: WE02 / WE05 (IDoc List/Monitoring), WE09 (IDoc Search), BD87 (Inbound/Outbound IDoc Processing), SM58 (Asynchronous RFC errors).
- Configuration & Maintenance: WE20 (Partner Profiles), WE21 (Port Definitions), WE30 (IDoc Type Development), WE31 (Segment Definition).
- Application Level: VA01/VA02 (Sales Orders), VL01N/VL02N (Deliveries), VF01/VF03 (Billing Documents), MM01/MM02 (Material Master).

- Standards: Proficiency in standard B2B/EDI transaction sets (such as 810, 850, 855, 856, 997, DESADV, ORDERS, INVOIC).
- Protocols: Working knowledge of secure communication protocols including AS2, SFTP, FTPs, HTTPS, and API-based integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience migrating on-premise Sterling Integrator environments to cloud platforms (IBM Sterling B2B Integrator on AWS/Azure) or cloud-native integration suites.
- Certification in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator or SAP Application Integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
