The associate must have following skills and experiences:
- Should have experience of more than 3 years in SAP-HR
with minimum one SAP implementation and one S/4HANA migration projects.
- Should have knowledge in preparing:
a) AS-IS documentation b) Blueprint documents c) Test cases and results d) User manuals
- Should have configuration knowledge in SAP HCM modules.
- Ability to guide developers for customization.
- Implementation knowledge in SAP HCM on HANA(H4S4) and in SAP payroll.
- Knowledge of Fiori elements and touchpoints with HCM module.
- Basic debugging knowledge in standard/custom SAP ABAP programs.
- Solid communication skills to lead customer discussions.
