We are looking for experienced SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) consultants to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP DRC implementation and configuration along with cross-module expertise in related SAP areas.

Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain SAP DRC solutions for e-invoicing, e-document, and tax compliance requirements across multiple countries.
- Work on DRC integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
- Analyze country-specific legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into SAPDRC configuration.
- Handle document type mapping, output management, and integration with tax authorities and government portals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DRC-related issues in production and non-production environments.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, Basis teams, and business stake holders to deliver end-to-end compliance solutions.
- Support upgrades, note implementations, and BAdI enhancements related to DRC.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and process documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP DRC configuration and implementation.
- Working knowledge of at least one or more SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, or CO. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is strongly preferred.




- Understanding of e-invoicing mandates and tax compliance frameworks across one or more countries.
- Good understanding of integration points between DRC and standard SAP document flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder coordination and documentation.
- Willingness to work in flexible hours or shifts as required by project timelines and global teams.

Positive to Have

- Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) integration scenarios.
- Familiarity with PEPPOL, UBL, or other e-invoicing standards. Exposure to SAP Output Management and Adobe Forms.
- Experience working with multi-country rollouts for DRC compliance.
- Knowledge of SAP Note analysis and custom BAdI implementations related to DRC.

Employment Type Part Time or Full Time — adaptable based on candidate preference and project requirements. Qualification B.Sc Computer Science, M.Sc Computers, BCA, MCA, B.Tech/M.Tech , B.Com,M.Com, MBA, or equivalent with relevant SAP experience. SAP certifications in DRC or related modules are a plus.
