? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP CS Consultant to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and delivery of SAP Customer Service (CS) solutions.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary SAP CS subject matter expert, translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while leading functional consultants and collaborating with MM, FI/FICO, PP and ABAP teams.

? Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

- Lead business requirement-gathering workshops and design end-to-end To-Be solutions .
- Perform and oversee advanced SAP CS configuration.
- Configure and optimize:
- Service Contracts
- Service Orders
- Service Notifications
- In-House Repair Processing
- Warranty Management
- Field Service processes
- Lead integration between SAP CS, SD, MM, FICO and PP .
- Manage integration with external systems using EDI, ALE and IDocs .
- Drive SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation , including impact analysis and migration roadmap.
- Support Business Partner conversion and Settlement Management .

? Team Leadership & Governance
- Lead and mentor junior and mid-level functional consultants.
- Review functional deliverables and functional specifications (FSDs).
- Establish blueprinting and solution design standards.
- Define and oversee Unit, Integration and UAT testing strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and participate in steering-committee discussions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and senior leadership.

? Required Experience
- 8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.




- 2–3+ full lifecycle implementations with strong focus on both SAP SD and SAP CS .
- Multiple SAP rollout and production support engagements.
- 3+ years in a Lead Consultant / Architect capacity.
- Experience managing small-to-mid-sized functional teams.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
- SAP Certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales is highly preferred.
