Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage SAP IS-Utilities implementation projects from planning to go-live, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop functional specifications for device management systems.
- Provide technical guidance on SAP FICO and CRM modules to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Utilize expertise in utility industry best practices to optimize system performance and improve overall efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 10-30 years of experience in IT services & consulting, preferably in the utilities sector.
- Solid understanding of SAP IS-Utilities, including device management functionality.
- Experience working with SAP FICA (Financial Accounting) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) modules.
