Jakson Group is seeking a detail-oriented SAP Commercial Executive to manage MIS reporting, SAP operations, purchase order tracking, and commercial documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on SAP experience, and advanced Excel proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily MIS activities and ensure timely reporting.
- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports.
- Perform SAP transactions, data entry, report extraction, and reconciliations.
- Track and manage Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and commercial documentation.
- Monitor data accuracy and maintain consistency across SAP and MIS reports.
- Prepare consumption analysis reports and comparative performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data collection and validation.
- Support audits, management reviews, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper records and documentation as per organizational standards.
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (any relevant module).
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Macros).
- Experience in PO management and SAP-based reporting.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, SAP Operations, Commercial Support, or a similar role.
- Experience in project-based or corporate environments will be an added advantage.
