Business Objectives

- Build and operationalize a structured 3-month SAP Academy for campus recruits across engineering, CA, CMA, and MBA entry points, with staggered intake windows, and create a repeatable pipeline to hire, train, and deploy adjacent or transferable talent into live projects.
- Reduce time-to-productivity and pre-deployment attrition through measurable, gated readiness checkpoints (iMocha, capstone, mentor sign-off), while upskilling experienced hires on emerging SAP areas S/4HANA, Clean Core, BTP, SAP-AI/Joule.
- Institutionalize the Academy — governance, faculty rotation, calendar cadence, and career-pathway linkage — so it operates independent of any single individual's bandwidth.

Key Responsibilities

- Cohort & Curriculum Design — Design a rolling cohort model routing campus recruits from different academic backgrounds into functional or technical tracks after a common foundation module. Own the full 3-month curriculum architecture (foundation, track-specific training, capstone, pre-deployment gate), refreshed continuously against cohort feedback and the evolving SAP/AI landscape (S/4HANA, Clean Core, RISE).
- Training Delivery & Capstone Evaluation — Conduct or coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training across SAP modules, personally facilitating at least two modules; build and manage a rotating faculty pool of senior consultants and guest SMEs. Design end-to-end capstone scenarios in a sandbox environment that mirror real client builds, with defined evaluation rubrics and senior evaluators.
- Deployment & Assessment — Manage the shadow-to-full-time deployment pipeline (mentor/buddy assignment, transition gates); own the 30/60/90-day post-deployment feedback cycle and feed gaps back into curriculum design. Administer iMocha assessments at entry, checkpoint, and pre-deployment stages,

tracking score trends as a leading indicator of readiness.
- Account & Leadership Development — Design account-specific onboarding content (org structure, SAP landscape, terminology) for each active account, coordinating leadership introductions and buddy assignments. Run a recurring leadership-behaviors track — communication, customer centricity, executive presence — including role-plays and leadership touchpoints across the program.
- Tools, Domain & Infrastructure — Ensure recruits are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to client-ready standards; coordinate Day-1 onboarding to internal systems (Grow, Darwin Box) with HR. Partner with ISG (or an equivalent domain partner) on Food & Agri and other industry-understanding sessions sequenced after SAP foundations. Own sandbox S/4HANA systems, capstone environments, iMocha/LMS licensing, training materials, and training-room/virtual logistics across Chennai and Bangalore.
- Program Governance — Run the review cadence — weekly cohort pulse checks, bi-weekly track-lead syncs, monthly steering committee reviews, quarterly effectiveness reviews. Maintain a central metrics dashboard (intake data, iMocha and capstone scores, shadow-to-full-time conversion time, 90-day feedback, attrition) and own the operationalization roadmap from design through steady-state scale-up. Drive SAP-AI adoption and tie Academy completion to a visible career-pathway credential.

Required Skills & Competencies

- SAP Expertise — Strong functional and/or technical knowledge in two or more SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP/QM, ABAP/BTP, etc.). SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred; familiarity with Clean Core and BTP is an advantage. Exposure to implementations, rollouts, RISE with SAP, or support environments.
- Program Ownership & Instructional Design — Demonstrated experience designing or running a structured, multi-week training program or academy — not just delivering individual sessions. Ability to build curricula, assessment frameworks, and capstone/evaluation rubrics from scratch, and to create digital learning content (e-learning modules, videos, quick-reference guides).
- Facilitation & Stakeholder Skills — Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for wide-ranging audiences. Strong stakeholder management across HR, Track Leads, account delivery leaders, Project Managers, and external domain partners; an analytical, metrics-driven, learner-centric mindset.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field. SAP certification(s) preferred. Training or instructional-design certifications (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, Instructional Design) are a plus.

Preferred Experience

Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs (e.g., RISE with SAP S/4HANA migrations); exposure to global training rollouts across multiple geographies or entities; familiarity with agile project environments; prior experience setting up or scaling a corporate academy, campus-to-competency pipeline, or GCC-style capability-building function; and exposure to commodity, agri, or manufacturing industry domains.
