Mandatory Skills

SAP BASIS administration with 8+ years hands-on experience

- SAP S/4HANA upgrades, EhP updates, Kernel upgrades
- SUM, DMO, SWPM, SAP Solution Manager 7.2 / Cloud ALM / CHARM / FRUN
- SAP landscape provisioning and migration: on-prem to cloud / same DC
- Brownfield, Greenfield, Selective Data Transition strategy for RISE projects
- Data migration, ETL, reconciliation, cutover planning and rollback runbooks
- HANA and Oracle database administration / Oracle-to-HANA migration
- SAP Fiori configuration and troubleshooting
- SAP PO + MII Basis configuration
- SSL configuration, SSO integration, SAML setup, certificate management
- HA/DR setup with RTO/RPO, performance tuning, system optimization




- SAP BTP integration/services and NetWeaver knowledge
- Stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional project management communication

Good to have skills

SAP Certified Technology Specialist - System Conversion and SAP S/4HANA Upgrade; SAP Certified Technology Associate - OS/DB Migration; RISE with SAP project exposure; SAP ECS and Hyperscaler partner collaboration experience; Hypercare support and technical issue de-escalation experience; Robust technical documentation, SOP, and risk management experience.
