Role Purpose
Technical lead for BTP development engagements — owns solution design across CAP, UI5 Freestyle, RAP integration, and Clean Core extensibility. Mentors developers and reviews code.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end BTP applications: CAP services, UI5 apps, HANA Cloud data model, security, integration.
Choose the right extensibility path — Side-by-Side (CAP/Kyma) vs In-App (RAP/Key User) vs Freestyle vs Build.
Own performance engineering — payload design, caching, CDS view optimisation, batch handling.
Lead code reviews and set coding standards; own Accelerator pod deliverables.
Must-Have Skills
CAP (Node.js and Java), CDS, Fiori Elements + Freestyle UI5, HANA Cloud.
