:

This role is for a senior SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Consultant with 6 - 10 years of experience. The consultant will design, implement, and support mediation flows, chargeable item creation, and integration with Convergent Charging and SAP S/4HANA. The position requires strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customerfacing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and maintain SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) solutions.
- Develop and optimize mediation flows, chargeable item creation, and data processing.
- Integrate CM with Convergent Charging (CC) and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Provide production support, resolve incidents, and manage service and change requests.
- Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders,



deliver technical documentation, and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills :

- Robust experience in SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM).
- Hands-on experience in mediation flows, data processing, chargeable item creation, and integration with Convergent Charging (CC) and SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in production support, incident resolution, service requests, and change requests.
- Knowledge of BRIM architecture and integration with billing components.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer-facing communication skills.
- Experience in AMS/support projects is preferred.
