Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP BASIS Consultant to manage, support, and optimize SAP landscapes. The role involves system administration, upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, and ensuring high availability and security of SAP systems across environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, Solution Manager) across DEV, QA, and PROD landscapes
- Perform SAP installations, upgrades, patches, kernel upgrades, and system copies
- Manage SAP HANA databases including monitoring, backup, recovery, and performance tuning
- Handle user administration, role management, and SAP security coordination
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and uptime
- Plan and execute OS/DB migrations and SAP system refreshes
- Implement and manage SAP Transport Management System (TMS)
- Support SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, EarlyWatch, System Monitoring)
- Coordinate with functional, technical, and infrastructure teams during projects and incidents




- Provide on-call and production support as per business requirements
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 812+ years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience
- Robust expertise in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA administration
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA DB, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
- Hands-on experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, and Unicode conversions
- Knowledge of SAP security concepts (roles, authorizations, users)
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have
- Experience with SAP on Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, Fiori administration
- Exposure to HA/DR solutions and disaster recovery planning
- SAP BASIS or HANA certification
