About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis L2 Consultant to manage SAP system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, transport management, user administration, and SAP HANA database support. The role involves supporting SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solution Manager, and SAP HANA in a production environment. Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain SAP ECC, NetWeaver, Solution Manager, and S/4HANA environments.
- Perform SAP system refreshes, client copies, and transport management.
- Support kernel upgrades, support package upgrades, and SAP Note implementation using SNOTE.
- Manage SAP users, roles, authorizations, and security settings.
- Perform system health checks, monitoring, and performance troubleshooting.
- Administer SAP HANA databases, including upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery.
- Monitor HANA database health, memory utilization, performance, and capacity.
- Configure and manage HANA System Replication, tenants, and database users.
- Support SAP migration, implementation, upgrade, and platform migration projects.
- Perform pre- and post-migration validation activities.




- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
- Resolve SAP Basis and HANA incidents within defined SLAs.
- Support RCA, problem management, planned maintenance, and change activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational reports.
- Provide on-call support during critical business requirements.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience with SAP ECC, NetWeaver, Solution Manager, and S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience in SAP HANA administration and database support.
- Knowledge of Transport Management, system refreshes, client copies, and upgrades.
- Experience with SAP performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SAP security, user, role, and authorization management.
- Understanding of HANA backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery.
- Experience in incident, change, and problem management.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Linux administration knowledge will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Certifications

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc. IT / M.Sc. IT

Preferred Certifications:

- SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA
- SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration (SAP Basis)
- Linux Administration Certification
