Role Description The Sanskrit Teacher (Bihar Board) will be responsible for delivering high-quality, curriculum-aligned Sanskrit instruction to students in Classes 8–10. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our coaching center in Patna, where the teacher will conduct daily classroom sessions, explain key concepts, and guide learners through Bihar Board syllabi and exam patterns. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering structured lessons, creating and reviewing assignments, preparing students for board examinations,



and using engaging teaching methods to support diverse learning styles.

The teacher will provide academic support through doubt-clearing sessions, regular assessments, and individualized feedback, while collaborating with other faculty members to improve teaching outcomes. The role also involves maintaining classroom discipline, encouraging student participation, and actively contributing to the overall academic and cultural environment of Edural Classes™.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Education and Teaching, with demonstrable expertise in Sanskrit and Bihar Board curriculum.
- Ability in Lesson Planning and designing structured, exam-focused Sanskrit courses and study materials.
- Excellent Communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly and engaging rural and semi-urban learners.
- Experience in Training and mentoring students for board examinations, including test practice, feedback, and performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sanskrit or related field; B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification is highly preferred.
- Prior experience teaching Sanskrit to school-level students, ideally within Bihar Board or similar state board frameworks.
- Comfort working in an on-site coaching center environment in Patna and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary academic team.
