SampleManager LIMS Specialist

Project-Specific Prerequisite Skills: SampleManager LIMS (v12.3, 21.3 SP1) and Integration Manager

Job Summary

Provide support and maintenance of the SampleManager LIMS v21.3 SP1. This includes resolving user-reported issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing long-term fixes to ensure system stability and performance.

You will also be responsible for customizing reports, dashboards, workflows, and master menus to meet business requirements. A robust understanding of Integration Manager v3.2 SP1 is essential, particularly in customizing transformation logic to process instrument outputs effectively.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day support for SampleManager LIMS and Integration Manager, including issue resolution and troubleshooting.




- Perform root cause analysis for system issues and implement sustainable fixes.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities.
- Communicate regularly with business stakeholders to provide updates on progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Customize and configure SampleManager LIMS components such as:
- Reports and dashboards
- Workflows and master menus
- User interfaces and system settings
- Analyze and implement business-specific requirements into SM LIMS configurations.
- Develop and maintain transformation logic in Integration Manager to support instrument data integration.
- Document configuration changes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Provide training and support to end users and team members as needed.
