Role Description The Salon Trainer at Honeybee Wax will deliver hands-on training to salon professionals on the correct use of Honeybee waxing products, including preparation, application, and aftercare techniques. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves conducting individual and group training sessions, demonstrating best practices in hygiene, client comfort, and safety, and answering technical and product-related questions. The trainer will support salons in improving service quality, standardizing waxing procedures, and maximizing client satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities include preparing training materials, gathering feedback from trainees, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams during events or demos,



and staying current on new products and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Hands-on salon experience in waxing and hair removal, with strong practical skills in treatment protocols and client care.
- Training and coaching abilities, including delivering demonstrations, structuring lessons, and guiding learners with patience and clarity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with salon staff, address questions, and present information clearly.
- Knowledge of hygiene standards, skin types, sensitivity considerations, and safe product usage in qualified salon environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, travel locally for salon visits or events, and manage multiple training sessions on a schedule.
- Good organizational skills for maintaining training records, planning sessions, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Prior experience as a salon trainer, senior beautician, or in professional beauty education is an advantage.
- Relevant certification or formal training in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field is preferred.
