2017 in Ahmedabad, we run 7 branches in Ahmedabad.

Branch Location: - Vastrapur, Sindhubhavan, Prahladnagar, Maninagar, South Bpoal,

Thaltej, Navrangpura.

We are looking for Salon Manager, Assistant Salon Manager & Executive at B&B; Salons &

Nails in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We primarily seek a energetic, motivated individual with the right attitude towards work, professional abilities towards salon target achievement & a knack for the service industry.

Job responsibilities:

· Managing the complete day-to-day operations of the salon with the end-goal of creating a class apart customer experience and achieving sales targets.

· Supervising and accounting for the hygiene standards, aesthetics of the salon & grooming of the team.

· Maintaining customer relations from the time customers step into the salon to following up with them post-service.

· Working with salon software to enable and ensure proper billing, referral collection, handling appointments and basic KPI management/reporting.





· Managing a team of hair and skin artists by supervising working schedules and inspiring them to achieve individual targets. · Monitoring stock and product orders as and when required.

·Assist in local Marketing/activation strategies – Physical & Digital – to aid Business development.

Ideal candidate:

· A first experience in Sales/Beauty, preferably in the service industry

· A Multitasker with excellent soft skills to manage customer experience.

·Notable team management and leadership skills.

· Knowledge of Basic Computer skills mandatory
