Team members work closely with customers to help them choose the right electronic appliances for their household needs.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Chiplun. The Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide informed recommendations on electronics appliances, models, features, and pricing. Daily tasks include demonstrating product benefits, answering inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing sales transactions.

The role also involves maintaining product displays, keeping the showroom organized, and supporting inventory checks. The Salesperson will help with follow-up communication, coordinate with delivery staff when needed, and contribute to meeting individual and store sales targets.





Qualifications

- Ability to build rapport with customers, actively listen, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on closing sales ethically and meeting targets.
- Basic product knowledge of home appliances or a willingness to learn technical features and usage quickly.
- Comfort with handling cash and using point-of-sale systems for billing and record-keeping.
- Good organizational skills to maintain a clean, well-presented showroom and accurate stock information.
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible schedule, including weekends and peak seasons.
- Minimum high school education; additional training in sales or retail operations is an advantage.
