Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Trainer role based in Hyderabad.

The Salesforce

Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on Salesforce concepts, configuration, and best practices to learners with varied experience levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, hands-on labs, and case studies; conducting interactive classroom and workshop-style sessions; and assessing learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical evaluations. The role also involves customizing content to match different audiences, providing one-on-one guidance where needed, and staying current with Salesforce releases and recent features to keep materials up to date.





The trainer will collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine curricula, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement of the overall training experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Information Technology skills, with familiarity in CRM or cloud platforms and basic system architecture concepts.

- Candidates should possess Teaching and Lecturing skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly, manage classroom interactions, and adapt to diverse learning styles.

- Candidates should possess Training skills, such as curriculum design, session planning, learner assessment, and the use of training tools or learning management systems.

- Candidates should possess Software Development fundamentals, including understanding of programming or scripting concepts, workflows, and application configuration.

- Practical experience with Salesforce (Administrator, Consultant, or Developer roles) and relevant Salesforce certifications are highly beneficial.

- Robust communication skills, patience, and the ability to provide constructive feedback in a supportive, inclusive manner.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple batches or programs, and maintain detailed training documentation.
