Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and review solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce automation .
- Lead Salesforce configuration, customization, and custom development .
- Design and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware .
- Ensure solutions meet security, governor limits, scalability, and performance standards.
- Lead deployments using SFDX, Git, and CI/CD .
- Mentor Salesforce developers and promote technical best practices.
- Collaborate with BA, Architecture, Development, QA, and client teams .
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience .




- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud .
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and automation .
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware .
- Experience with SFDX, Git, and CI/CD .
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, scalability, and performance .
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills .

Work Details

- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Client Visit: Monthly once – Bangalore
- Working Hours: 8 hours/day with EST overlap until 1:00 PM EST
