: Salesforce Quality Analyst Lead (Insurance: Life & Annuity)

Who are we looking for

We are seeking 6 to 8 years’ experience in Salesforce Quality Analyst (Lead) testing activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce applications. The candidate will work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to define testing strategies,

manage defects, and support successful Salesforce releases.

Working experience in insurance (Life & Annuity) projects and the candidate should also have exposure to AI-assisted testing tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the QA team and manage daily testing activities.
- Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Test Salesforce features, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules,

reports, dashboards, and security.
- Validate profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Track and manage defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Coordinate defect analysis and resolution with development and business teams.
- Support Salesforce deployments and perform post-release validation.
- Mentor junior QA team members and review their test cases and test deliverables.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide testing status, risks, dependencies, and quality updates.
- Use approved AI-assisted tools, where appropriate, to support test-case generation,



test-data preparation, requirements analysis, regression coverage, defect analysis, and test-report creation.
- Review and validate all AI-generated outputs before using them in project deliverables and follow applicable information-security and data-privacy standards.

Technical Skills

- Robust experience in Salesforce application testing.
- Experience leading QA teams or managing testing workstreams.
- Solid knowledge of functional, regression, integration, system, API, and UAT testing.

- Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components,

and Flows.
- Experience validating Salesforce security, including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules,

and field-level security.
- Experience with API-testing and defect-management tools.
- Basic knowledge of SOQL and SQL.
- Familiarity with test-automation tools such as Selenium with basic Java and Copado Robotic

Testing.
- Preferred to have Agency and Commission experience with book of business knowledge.
- Experience in Insurance Life and Annuity projects.
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing, generative AI tools, or AI-enabled quality-engineering practices is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Five or more years of software-testing experience.
- Three or more years of Salesforce-testing experience.
- Salesforce or software testing certifications are preferred.

Certification (preferred)

- Salesforce or software testing certifications are preferred.
- LOMA Insurance certification.
