About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Scrum facilitation skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and prior exposure to Salesforce projects.

This role requires driving Agile best practices, ensuring predictable sprint delivery, removing impediments, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, QA, and release management.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, Release Planning, and End-User Demonstrations.
- Maintain Azure DevOps boards and dashboards to accurately track user stories, features, defects, sprint progress, and team performance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring stories are solution-ready before development.
- Track sprint progress and communicate delivery status, risks, and milestones to business stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Identify, manage, and remove delivery impediments to enable continuous team productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement by facilitating sprint retrospectives and ensuring action items are completed.
- Monitor Agile delivery metrics including:
- Velocity
- Burndown Charts
- Cycle Time
- Team Capacity
- Predictability
- Defect Trends
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Business, Engineering, QA, Release Management, and Salesforce Platform teams.
- Support release readiness by coordinating testing progress,



deployment planning, stakeholder approvals, and sprint deliverables.
- Promote Agile principles, Scrum values, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across the team.
- Apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve delivery challenges and improve team effectiveness.

Required Skills

- Minimum 7+ years of IT experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Hands-on experience facilitating Agile Scrum ceremonies.
- Experience managing Agile projects using Azure DevOps .
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience managing Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform delivery lifecycle and release management.
