Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Performance Testing Lead to validate scalability, responsiveness, and stability of Salesforce and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Define performance test strategy and estimations.
- Design load, stress, endurance, and spike testing scenarios.
- Use NeoLoad, JMeter, or LoadRunner .
- Execute tests and analyze response time, throughput, CPU/memory, and bottlenecks.
- Integrate performance testing with Jenkins, Git, and Copado .
- Prepare performance reports, RCA, and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs,



and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- 4–8 years of performance testing experience.
- Hands-on NeoLoad/JMeter/LoadRunner .
- Salesforce/cloud platform performance testing experience.
- Performance logs and resource utilization analysis.
- CI/CD knowledge: Jenkins, Git .
- API performance testing and SQL .
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred
- Salesforce certification.
- NeoLoad Certified Qualified or relevant performance testing certification.
