Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Professional 4-15 Years to lead and deliver endtoend Salesforce implementations. You will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives by designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and highquality Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Your Profile

- Lead, design, and deliver 34 Salesforce projects, including largescale digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop scalable, highquality, and customized solutions using Salesforce best practices and architecture standards.
- Work across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or Data Cloud as applicable).
- Leverage advanced Salesforce features, including automation, security, and performance optimization.
- Strong handson experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs,



middleware, or platform tools.
- Participate in the full development lifecyclerequirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and postproduction support.
- Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, and innovation to improve performance and user experience.
- Stay current with new Salesforce releases and features, recommending continuous process and technical improvements.
- Work effectively in a multivendor and crossfunctional environment, adapting to evolving project needs.
- Demonstrate strong problemsolving, communication, leadership, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
