The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions on the Salesforce platform. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications on the Salesforce platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment processes. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and team performance.

Integrate

Salesforce with other systems and platforms to streamline business processes and improve data flow. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements, and recommend improvements to existing solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring timely resolution. Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth within the team.

Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Salesforce.com, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Workbench, and Change Sets.



Solid understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing rules within Salesforce. Ability to write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.

Experience with third-party integrations and middleware solutions. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Architect are a plus.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
