Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Sohna Tehsil. The Salesperson will engage with prospective buyers, present project features and benefits, conduct site visits, and guide customers through the property selection and booking process. The role involves managing inquiries, following up with leads, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The Salesperson will also support local promotional activities, gather market feedback,



and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

- Robust sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer relationship management skills, including effective follow-up and post-sales support.
- Clear and confident communication skills in English and local languages, both spoken and written.
- Ability to understand and explain real estate products, pricing, and documentation to customers.
- Comfort working on-site, conducting field visits, and engaging with diverse customer profiles.
- Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead management tools.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or related fields (automotive, banking, insurance) is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- High level of integrity, professional behavior, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to work weekends and peak business hours as required by project demands.
