Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-driven Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team and help us ship reliable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. In this role, you'll own testing from planning through release — validating configurations, custom development, and integrations across our Salesforce clouds while working closely with developers, architects, and business teams to catch issues before they reach production.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing
- Build and maintain test cases, scripts, test data, and execution evidence
- Run automated tests using our Salesforce testing platform and supporting tools
- Validate Salesforce configurations, custom code, workflows, security settings, data, and integrations
- Log, prioritize, retest, and track defects through to closure
- Conduct API testing and support release, deployment, and upgrade validation




- Partner with the Testing Lead, developers, architects, and product teams throughout the delivery cycle
- Help evolve our testing standards and quality processes

Required Skills

- 5+ years in software QA, including Salesforce project testing
- Hands-on experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds
- Solid grounding in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security model, Flows, Lightning, and integration patterns
- Familiarity with JavaScript
- Experience with test automation tools ( Provar, Tricentis Tosca, AccelQ, or Selenium )
- Experience with API testing tools ( Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI )
- Comfort working in Agile teams with defect/test management tools
- Robust written and verbal communication for both technical and non-technical audiences
