Must-Have Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce.com development
- Expertise in:
- Apex Triggers
- Apex Classes
- Lightning Experience
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce Pages
- Salesforce Communities
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative configuration
- Experience with Salesforce data migration across environments
- Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and version control
- Strong knowledge of web technologies:
- JavaScript
- AJAX
- SOAP
- HTTP
- CSS
- Bootstrap
- Experience with SSO implementation/integration
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems
- Robust understanding of Salesforce development and deployment best practices

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers to deliver projects for assigned Lines of Business.
- Own the overall technical architecture, design, development, and delivery of Salesforce products.
- Design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce/Force.com platform .
- Analyze functional specifications, user stories, and business requirements and ensure they are complete and technically feasible.
- Lead technical design sessions, evaluate solution options, and provide recommendations based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop highly scalable Salesforce solutions supporting multiple geographies, business units, and diverse user bases.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, coding practices, security guidelines, and delivery processes.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality, maintainability,



scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Manage multiple Salesforce projects and ensure appropriate resource allocation and team staffing.
- Support hiring, training, mentoring, and retention of Salesforce technical resources.
- Define and implement effective hyper-care, transition, and production support strategies .
- Own resolution of technical issues during project transition and hyper-care phases.
- Establish and institutionalize delivery standards across Salesforce product development.
- Work closely with business, functional, architecture, QA, DevOps, and IT teams.
- Ensure products meet defined quality objectives and project charter expectations.
- Work effectively within Agile development environments , including product backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Certifications Candidates should hold relevant Salesforce certifications, preferably:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder / App Developer
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
