Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer with solid hands-on experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity , particularly Enterprise Sales Management (ESM), EPC, CPQ, OmniStudio, LWC, and Apex .

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Communications Cloud development experience and strong expertise in telecom-focused Salesforce Industries solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions for telecom and enterprise sales processes.
- Implement ESM (Enterprise Sales Management) capabilities including:
- Large-transaction quoting
- Bulk location and subscriber uploads
- Guided selling workflows
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Design and implement EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) including product models, attributes, relationships, and cardinality rules.
- Configure CPQ including pricing matrices, price lists, promotions, context rules, and quote-generation logic.
- Develop OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Build integrations using Integration Procedures to connect telecom and enterprise data across Salesforce.




- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Industries/Vlocity frameworks .
- Work with Salesforce Industries data models and ensure appropriate configuration and customization.
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects, functional teams, and client stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- 5+ years of overall Salesforce development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Communications Cloud / Salesforce Industries experience
- Strong experience with Vlocity / Salesforce Industries
- Hands-on experience with ESM (Enterprise Sales Management)
- Strong knowledge of EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)
- Strong experience in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
- Proficiency in:
- LWC
- Apex
- OmniScript
- OmniStudio
- Integration Procedures
- Vlocity/Salesforce Industries Data Models
- Experience with telecom/communications domain solutions
- Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer credential – Mandatory
