About The Role SuccessMetrics is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with 8–10 years of hands-on experience to lead solution design and delivery across large-scale Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate is PDII-certified, holds either the Application Architect or System Architect credential, and brings a proven track record of architecting complex, high-volume solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud—with deep expertise in OmniStudio and data integrations.

You’ll be a strategic contributor, responsible for crafting scalable, secure, and performant solutions that meet business goals and adhere to best practices. This is a client-facing role that involves leadership, mentoring, and full ownership of architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementations
- Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and performant Salesforce solutions
- Design system and data architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Develop OmniStudio architectures including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors
- Own integration strategy with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party connectors
- Provide guidance on data migration, ETL strategy, large data volumes (LDV), and performance optimization
- Coach, mentor, and review the work of junior developers and administrators
- Participate in pre-sales solutioning and estimation activities when needed
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance,



and DevOps practices

Required Qualifications

- 8–10 years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years as a Solution or Technical Architect
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications
- Certified Application Architect or System Architect
- Sales or Service Cloud Consultant Certification (Must)
- Experience Cloud Consultant Certification (Must)
- At least 1–2 years of OmniStudio implementation experience
- Solid expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, JavaScript, JSON, and integration frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in large data volume processing and scalable architecture patterns
- Experience designing security models, sharing rules, and governance frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to work independently and manage solution delivery end to end

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in Public Sector Solutions, Nonprofit Cloud, or Health Cloud
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, Salesforce DevOps tools (Salesforce CLI, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience in architecture review boards or technical governance
