Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Data cloud, EA and related Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership, establish best practices, guide technical teams, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards.

Experience

Minimum 10+ years in CRM/Enterprise Application Development with 5+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience with strong experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Define application architecture, integration patterns, data models, security models, and governance frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs.
- Drive platform optimization and architecture reviews.

Technical Leadership

- Lead Salesforce development teams and provide technical guidance.
- Establish coding standards, development best practices, and deployment processes.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce platform best practices.
- Mentor developers, administrators, and technical leads.

Integration Data Management





- Design integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.), and external systems.
- Define data migration and data governance strategies.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance requirements are met.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and leadership teams.
- Present solution architecture and technical recommendations to executive audiences.
- Support estimation, planning, and roadmap development.

Platform Governance

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and governance standards.
- Drive release management and DevOps adoption.

Certifications

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architect
- Salesforce Certified Data Architect
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist

Valuable To have:

- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.
- AWS/Azure integration experience.
