Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Trainer role based in Bengaluru, offering compensation up to 20 LPA.

The Sales

Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and on-floor training sessions, developing training materials and sales playbooks, and coaching team members on sales techniques and customer engagement. The role also involves assessing skill gaps, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with sales leadership to refine training content.

Trainer will maintain strong communication with stakeholders, provide regular feedback to trainees, and support continuous learning initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Trainings and Training & Development skills to design and execute effective learning programs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Presentation Skills to deliver engaging and clear training sessions to varied audiences.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain concepts, provide feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to model best practices and train sales teams on customer-centric approaches.
- Experience as a sales trainer or in a sales leadership role, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted training interventions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapting training content to changing business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; relevant training or sales certifications are an advantage.
