- Onboarding & Training: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs, workshops, and virtual or classroom sessions for recent hires and existing staff.
- Skill Gap Analysis: Assess team performance, identify individual and group weaknesses, and create targeted coaching plans.
- Content Development: Produce engaging training materials, including sales playbooks, case studies, role-play exercises, and digital modules.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, evaluate the direct impact of training on closed deals, and provide constructive, 1-on-1 feedback.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales managers and leadership to align training curricula with evolving business objectives and targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
