About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer with a strong background in face-to-face counselling and consultative selling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customer counselling, sales conversion, objection handling, upselling, and team coaching.

The candidate will be responsible for developing the sales capabilities of counsellors and front-office teams and ensuring consistent sales performance across clinics.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training programs for counsellors and sales teams on face-to-face counselling and consultative selling.
- Train employees on how to understand customer needs and recommend suitable services/products.
- Develop effective counselling and sales conversation frameworks.
- Train teams on handling customer objections, concerns, and price-related queries.
- Conduct role-plays, mock counselling sessions, and practical sales exercises.
- Coach employees on improving conversion rates and average billing value.
- Identify individual performance gaps and provide targeted coaching.
- Conduct regular refresher training and skill-development sessions.
- Monitor sales calls/counselling interactions and provide constructive feedback.
- Train teams on upselling, cross-selling, follow-ups, and customer retention.
- Develop training modules,



SOPs, scripts, presentations, and learning materials.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate employee understanding and sales skills.
- Track training effectiveness through sales performance and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to identify training requirements.
- Support new-joiner onboarding and ensure employees are sales-ready before deployment.
- Maintain training records, assessment scores, and performance improvement reports.
- Travel to different clinics/locations for training when required.

Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in sales training, counselling, or consultative sales.
- Strong hands-on experience in face-to-face customer counselling is mandatory.
- Experience in skincare, dermatology, aesthetics, wellness, beauty, healthcare, hospitality, education counselling, or premium retail will be preferred.
- Candidates who have worked as a Senior Counsellor, Sales Trainer, Counselling Manager, Sales Coach, or Clinic Counselling Manager are preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales conversion techniques and customer psychology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging and practical training sessions.
- Solid leadership and coaching abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel between clinics for training, if required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
